Fantastic hotel restaurant/bar. Located in the historic Mayflower hotel, it's open to all. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. Quick with the order and refills.

Edgar Bar & Kitchen offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and a stylish atmosphere. I tried the chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely delish—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was great, and the ambiance made it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Whether you're there for a quick bite or a full dining experience, it's definitely worth a visit.

This restaurant is located in the Mayflower hotel. The hosts were always very accommodating and gave me some really great seats even though I was dining alone. I think a lot of business people stay here because there were a lot of single tables. The food was great! I had a few breakfasts and lunches while staying at the hotel. The servers were very attentive. My only issue was at one dining there were fruit flies landing on my food. I was seated at a table near the bar and I think they were coming from there. It only happened once out of a few dining experiences, but once with a bug landing on your food is enough to warrant a lost star. Other than than I would have giving five stars. Maybe next time.
